No Debt! Saving to buy a Flat/Apartment.

congratulations on paying of your debts. A very smart move. I whish I had done that at 24. I did not have much debts but never had money. It took me 4 to 5 years to learn to save. I still cannot say that I am an expert when it comes to savings. But writing down and keeping a diary on that helped me as well. Nowadays, I check once a day (usually every morning) my bank statement. This only to assure myself that everything is ok.
