    First home- Oct’16 until June’21: £170.995- Overpayments made £13,784 (25% extra!).
    New forever home- Sep’21 £309,449 @ 2.05%. Plan to clear it before 30 years!!!!!!

  • Hi all, I’ve been in the DFW for 3 years but it’s my first time to be in MFW. I would like to join in the 2019 challenge please?

    Our mortgage as of December 2018 is £73887.51 with 15 years and 5 months remaining term, a minimum payment of £510.14 at 3.24% interest. We are tied to this mortgage until 2023 and can only make limited overpayments (up to 10%).

    Our target for 2019 is to make a total payment of £10000, or £3800 in overpayments. We are also currently saving up some house renovation funds for 2019 and 2020.
