Disappointing yesterday, a wholemeal pitta from an open pack in the freezer and it wasn't really edible! Gone really dry and hard and had picked up a bit of a funny taste, but I ate as much as I could and didn't buy anything else, so still counts

It is important that we know where we come from, because if you do not know where you come from, then you do not know where you are, and if you don't know where you are, then you don't know where you are going. If you don't know where you're going, you're probably going wrong.

Supermarket YS spoils... I had 4 x pork pies for 5p and a small quiche for 5p. Not very healthy, but I've brought one pork pie and the quiche - and added salad. 4/21Back in debt again, but for a good cause. £17K to go

I'd like to join in please (I'm aiming for 15/21 as I work a long day on Wednesdays and have a hot meal at work (which isn't normally too bad and not too expensive although more expensive than bringing lunch in), and had Monday off this week (and didn't find out about the challenge until today)).
I'd like to get some ideas of what other people bring for lunch as me and him have gone off having sandwiches and usually bring in leftovers from the previous day.
Today was a canteen lunch, but yesterday was leftover keema curry with kachumbar and riceSealed pot challenger#1677
