I have had a spate of unfranked stamps lately, as DH has been getting parcels daily for nearly all of February. So I have been peeling them off and sticking them back on to things I need to send.

In case you don't hear from me again and I have been done for interfering with the mail, or defrauding the crown or something.

One of my students brought me a bottle of wine today to say thank you for helping her prepare for her university interview. It was totally unexpected and I was really pleased. I'll claim a nominal £2 if that's ok.

    How lovely :T

Had a little snigger at Foxy curtain twitching, watching for the Royal Mail Fraud Squad...

No more real wombles for me, but £1 egg money to declare.

Oh, and a couple of bruised knees and a lump in my head after falling (well tripping over a sand bag on site) carrying six cups of scalding coffee for the builders. And yes, they saw...

Ouch Dizzy Imp! I hope you didn't burn yourself!

One company dinner and party; the food was fine, but the party did not really get started, it stayed at the 'reception' phase.... €5. (We are known for parties that last all night, with dancing and booze. It seems that quite a few colleagues are doing Dry February :))

Dizzy Imp! Be careful or someone will have to do a risk analysis on hot drink transportation services. Lots of forms. Sorry about your head, sounds like something I am qualified to do (fall over stuff, I am a master!).

Wombled a free pedometer and local map yesterday via DH. Sent him an email to tell him the people were about at his campus and grab one if he could. He did. What a star.

    Keep well wombles!

    Hi all
    Some good wombling today
£11.50 saved by purchasing vouchers through a work site for Morrisons and costa
Saved £2.96 in Boots as the moisturiser and cream I bought have 25% off. I got £1 worth of wombled loyalty points uploaded to my card, however she did say that you have to ask the cashier for a special code to be able to upload retrospective points! She did this as a one off. So might not have much luck with future wombled boots receipts. Won't count loyalty points until I spend.
    1p roadkill :-)
Co-op Salmon linguine meal YS £3.99 reduced to 99p
Ordered Clarks shoes from Charles Clinkard bagging 9% cashback - about £4 - will count when I cash out.
    I'll add £17.47 to my total :-)
    LP x
    Competition wins £13,987.09
