I am looking for a cardigan, wool or cotton or anything with the same feel, that is wind/rain resistant and has a hood.


Any idea?


I cannot find any!

    Maybe they are like unicorns: they only exist in your imagination. Very unlikely that you can find what you describe, but do keep googling in case.
