My daughter is going through a divorce and i want to lend her some money. Does anyone have a loan agreement form I could use, please

    Just write down the amount and the repayment terms and get both of you to sign it.

    Remember that it will only have any bearing if you're prepared to enforce it and she has the money to repay you.
