    Afternoon all.

It should be WI today but the number was ridiculously up for no reason so I am going to try again tomorrow. If it is still the same tomorrow then I will accept it (grudgingly).

WI today and I have to report +1lb. I still feel robbed but it is a lot less bad than yesterday was showing.

B: lo carb granola, berries, skim
L: leftover pork chop with veg - or I might cook it and freeze it.
D: turkey mince chilli with mixed beans

    50 min dog walk.

Hi everyone, an update from me, did have a bit of a slip last weekend as was exhausted with the darker colder nights and ordered a take away that lasted 2 days, and got a few cheap ready meals last week so ate a ready meal on top of my chicken sub, and one day I got a free chicken burger and chips at lunchtime and had my chicken sub at tea and a chicken curry ready meal a bit later and another day ate 2 subs as had enough points for a freebie.

Not sure if I gained but I was weighed at hospital last week (after I ate that chicken burger and chips and after I ate my sub) and I seemed to of lost 2 pounds compared to results I got from scales in chemist.

Ether way it looks like my weight in past few months is neither going up or down.

    Hope thats a good thing!

I'm terrified - all i have read online is terrible accounts/outcomes, i lost my job to ill health, the assessor was about 6 years old, at one point i cried and she didn;t even look up from her computer or ask if i wanted time to compose myself .... gonna be a long wait for decision, my friend told me to be positive and visualise the letter saying i;ve been awarded PIP I am trying to hard lol
