    Ignorance is bliss for some people. Perhaps it never rains where they live, or they have boundless fields that are safe for kids to go out and enjoy at all times. Back in the real world, playing on a console is not a problem if it's part of a balanced lifestyle.

    My 6 year plays games on my Xbox with me, she also gets plenty of outdoor time (we walk our dogs together, etc).
    Its all about balance.
