    I am also one of the customers that switched into an existing account that is still waiting for the incentive. Hope I receive it today because having dealt with Natwest CS in the past, they're not the best!

    My wife and I received ours yesterday. One account solely her name. The other was a joint account, with me as the main holder.

    The joint account will be staying with NatWest. The cashback incentive for the credit card and current account is good, it beats what I had with Santander so I'll be staying put

    Existing Natwest customer but have still not received the switch incentive. Partner opened a new account to switch at the same time, and the reward has been credited into her account.

  • I didn't have an existing current account (had ones in the past and have my mortgage with NatWest) and switched a joint and a sole account from Nationwide to Natwest - havent received the bonus in either.

    Because a lot of people are impatient and believe they have a right to demand answers as to why the bonus hasn't been paid even though the deadline hasn't been reached yet?

    Had a conversation with the switching team... Very nice lady had a look over account and confirmed I had met all the criteria and left a note on my account.

    She confirmed someone is processing the payments manually and it should be in the account by the end of business today.
