    Hi
i would Iike some advise if possible. We was mis-sold an endowment mortgage with London & Manchester in the early 80's. Do you know if i am eligible to claim and if so who do i need to go to. London and Manchester no longer exist but were known for this.

your help would be greatly appreciated.

have a read here https://www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk/publications/technical_notes/interest-only-mortgages.html and revere the case studies
I believe the 80s was before regulations came in...why do you believe it was mis-sold?...what losses are you claiming? was the property repossessed?
