Hi. If this is not allowed, please delete.
I have become addicted to watching meal preparations for the week and dump dinners as they seem to be called, for the slow cooker, on Youtube. I love the idea of doing this. Does anyone know if there are any English versions. All the ones I watch are American, or is there anything like this on this site? If so, please point me in the right direction.
Thanks for reading.

I'm not sure what you're asking: do you mean "are there any slow cooker recipes" or "are there any English slow cooker YouTube videos"?
There is a Slow Cooker recipe collection on the Old Style Board, if you fancy a browse. Most American and British cookery terms are interchangeable, so what are you having problems with?
If you're in the market to buy a slow cooker, I've had several different brands over the years and would suggest that you spend the money and buy a CrockPot. None of the others we've had have been as good.

The batch lady is worth a look. She's a Glaswegian, has a blog and UTube videos.
I've only looked at the website batch cooking. It's not SC stuff but she does 10 meals for 4 in an hour - covering beef mince, chicken and fish.
Not sure if this is of any use to you but hopefully it will at least help with the prepping.

I started a thread about meal prepping a short while ago; https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=6013644
I dont follow 'meal prep' recipes, I just find normal recipes and test them in small batches to see how well they freeze. Once I know they are good, I will start to use them in my meal prep rotation.0 -
Thank you everyone for your answers. Joedenise The Batch Lady is exactly what I’m looking for. Thanks for your help.0

Article in today's paper testing out batch cooking for a week recipe book. A lot of the ingredients are for more than one meal, so making prep easier.

I have the book mentioned and to be honest think it a silly idea.0
