    Please come back, you have more work to do, in the form of a Witness Statement and evidence well before the hearing.

    You know what happens when from the NEWBIES thread, so why 3 months of silence? Is your local court very slow, with a Summer backlog?

    Have you already done your WS and evidence, as shown in the sticky thread? I AM NOT TALKING ABOUT THE DEFENCE.
