How long before you can apply for another DRO?

I think my last DRO was in 2014 when is the earliest I can apply for another?

What happens if you apply before the 6years is up?

    Six years from when the last application was granted.

    If you apply before then it gets caught by the DRO Team's insolvency check and the application rejected. The £90 is not refunded.
