Where to find front door locks with thumbturns?

Hi All
My home has normal lever handle sash locks for the front door.
I want to replace these with ones where from the inside, you can lock it without a key (but you need a key from outside).
These seem to be few and far between and struggling to find one.
This is what I currently have (similar):

What are good sites for what I am after as the usual suspects like Wickes etc haven’t proven to be useful.
I found a couple on eBay and Amazon such as https://m.ebay.co.uk/itm/Backplate-Lever-Vintage-Antique-Door-Handles-Lock-Set-Thumbturn-5-keys-Cylinder/253690880790?varId=552943252097&ul_ref=http://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/710-53481-19255-0/1?type=2&pub=5575403537&toolid=10001&campid=5338343596&item=253690880790&customid=vms%3Aeb%3Ap%3A253690880790-552943252097%3BEAIaIQobChMI3tKhmpiE4wIV5b_tCh3dTAVzEAQYAiABEgJSMPD_BwE&mpre=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.co.uk%2Fitm%2F253690880790%3Fvar%3D552943252097&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI3tKhmpiE4wIV5b_tCh3dTAVzEAQYAiABEgJSMPD_BwE&srcrot=710-53481-19255-0&rvr_id=2019984038312&rvr_ts=8db3558f16b0aa666f07f584ffd9f9b4&_mwBanner=1&_rdt=1&ul_noapp=true&pageci=2e208de8-f30f-4604-872c-e7fe7b22c488
but not much else.

Not sure if these are suitable...as they are the lock only..

Thumb turn locks are less secure than key-only locks.
Thumb turn locks allow easier egress in event of fire (no need for hunt the key). But are easy for the young and risk-unaware to escape via.
One benefit is that you can lock from inside and guarantee someone with a key can still open from outside.
Here's one example of the lock you seem to want https://www.easylocks.co.uk/walsall-british-standard-euro-thumbturn-mortice-sashlock+finish=Satin~Chrome+mortice_sashlocks_case_width=76mm
The euro-locks it uses can be had in quite high security levels in various sizes and thumb turn.
The door will need some modification to the lock hole size probably. Plus new keys.0 -
Stax have them although you need an account with them or know someone that does.0

You need to search for "Euro Sash Lock Handles Brass", and then search for a separate Euro Lock cylinder. The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.0

You need one of these
https://www.screwfix.com/search?search=eurolock+sash+handles
and one of these
https://www.screwfix.com/p/era-euro-double-cylinder-thumbturn-door-lock-35-35-70mm-satin-nickel-brass/4878t
and one of these

The Screwfix euro locks suggested are very low security ones. Avoid!
A bit more money will get better quality locks.
Check if better, more secure handles can be obtained at reasonable price too.
Then you need to ensure burglars can't access the thumb turn via the letterbox. This 3* one need to be pushed in to turn it https://uapcorporate.com/product/kinetica-child-safe-thumb-turn-3-star-kitemarked-euro-cylinder/
May be worth consulting a reliable local locksmith's shop for advice?0
