Ah. That's been thrown in there like it's irrelevant, but actually most people won't buy with a tenant in situ. I would take it off the market until vacant then re-sell.
Agree with this and all the other posters who've identified this as the problem. It would certainly make me think twice about putting an offer in.0 -
