A house where I'd be checking the condition of it harder than usual - because the owner was obviously more focused on decorating it than maintaining it (that conservatory window:eek:).
    .
Are you maintaining your computer hardware, money? When you make comments like that - not for the first time - one wonders what sort of screen you're using!

Or is it a case of "Should've gone to Specsavers?"

Yes, that's what I meant. I just can't see the point of attempting to keep a price hidden, especially where I live! Nothing stays secret here for long.

    How do you know? ;)

At first I thought lack of maintenance.
Then decided it was art holding up the shed.
Progressing to a 7" screen revealed it was just art.

Exactly my thoughts - initially I thought 'omg that is hideous' and then looking at it again I rather liked the quirkiness of it, and someone has obviously gone to a lot of care / effort with all that decorating / styling. I can imagine someone like Kim Joy from GBBO living there. :D

Is "POA" a polite way of saying "no one in the office has got a bloody clue how to value this monstrosity"?

Ive just tried viewing the property and the property advert is no longer available. :(

I've checked back a couple of pages to see if this had been posted already

I'd buy it if the decking was from the same era.

Highlight for me: Left of the kitchen sink, the thing consuming Xmas decorations.

The house looks great, if dubiously decorated.

The image over the fireplace has a touch of Henri Rousseau about it, I thought.

Not what I would call a 'HIGHLY EXECUTIVE FINISH' as the estate agent calls it, but then again it does have a Large brick paved DIVE (albeit full of weeds) and a LAW area at the back (which probably hasn't seen a mower this year.
However it does have an exceedingly high wall cupboard in the kitchen and the Gym really has wow factor.

Wow. I can almost imagine Lloyd Grossman wandering round saying 'Who would live in a house like this'. Love the estate agent blurb though, tells you so much about the local pubs and the fishing in Hastings etc that you almost forget about the house.
Wouldn't like to start putting my own stamp on that one!

If they'd bought a push lawnmower they wouldn't have needed the 'gym'.
A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.
