Wood pellets and their ridiculous price increase

We had a warm flow pellet boiler installed 4 years ago, the learning curve has been tough alongside a few break downs but we are now reaching the end of our tether absorbing the significant increase in cost of the pellets that has hit us over the winter.
I have had an email from my supplier, white horse energy, to say that the price will not lower in the summer as is usually the case.
Was wondering if anyone has had any success in buying pellets direct from the manufacturers in Eastern Europe? Any other way to avoid the 30-50% price increases we are currently seeing?

You would suppose that the prices of the pellets has gone up in Eastern Europe ??

Most probably, but after emailing a few manufacturers you can cut out the middle man and get close to 30% off, downside is you have to buy big, in bulk, 24-25 pallets.
