Rules
The prize is time critical and the winner will be contacted in accordance with Clause 5.2 of the ITV General Competition, Vote and Poll Terms. All entrants must be available and contactable on Thursday 21st March and for 2 working days thereafter.

If ITV have reason to believe that an individual entrant to their competitions or prize draws has made 30 or more entries using different phone numbers from any one entry platform then the Promoter will treat this as an attempt to unfairly influence the competition or prize draw and all entries submitted by that entrant will be discounted.

The winner must be a UK resident aged 18 years or over at the time of entering the competition, and may be required to confirm proof of age and eligibility.

Text entries costs £2.00 plus one standard network rate message. If you do not want to receive SMS marketing texts about similar products and services, please add NO INFO at the end of your SMS text entry.

A single online entry costs £2.00 plus any standard network rate message where applicable. Paid and free entry bundles may be offered from time to time as stated on the website.

In the case of multiple entries received in an envelope or postcard, only one entry will be entered into the Prize Draw. Sufficient postage must be paid – any entries without sufficient postage will be discounted.

Grand National and accommodation
This element of the prize consists of:

· Six (6) Hall of Fame hospitality tickets to the Randox Health Grand National 2019 on 6th April 2019 at Aintree Racecourse for the winner and five (5) companions, including:
o Return transfers from the Malmaison hotel to Aintree racecourse.
o Premier admission, balcony viewing of the start-line and iconic course.
o Breakfast canapes, Around the World tasting experience, sweet and savoury afternoon tea, self-service beer, wine, cider, soft drinks and cash bar.
o Entertainment, complimentary racecard and private tote betting facilities.
· A two (2) night stay at the 4* Malmaison Hotel, Liverpool for the winner and five (5) companions, including three (3) twin or double rooms (subject to availability).
· Daily breakfast.
· A three-course dinner from a seasonal prix fixed menu on the night of Friday 5th April 2019 including half a bottle of wine per person.
· The prize can only be taken on Friday 5th April 2019 and Saturday 6th April 2019.
· A smart/casual dress code applies in respect of the Randox Health Grand National 2019 and any companions of the winner under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and their companions are available to take the prize on the relevant dates.

Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes. Where any of the winner’s companions are aged under 18 years old, that companion must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prize. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

The winner and their companion acknowledge that in the event that the Grand National event does not take place as specified for any reason, the Promoter does not accept responsibility in these circumstances and no alternative prize will be provided.

The prize excludes accommodation, transportation between the mainline station and hotel, meals and drinks excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, travel insurance and personal expenses (in all cases, other than those specified above).
