Hotel booked through expedia. On arrival find its through thomas cook and unpaid help! 12th Oct 19 at 1:27 PM
My parents booked a hotel through expedia which apparently was actually a thomas cook hotel somehow.

They arrived today, and have discovered they have no booking as it was unpaid by expedia/thomas cook. They are desperately trying to sort somewhere to stay tonight!

Surely expedia should have informed them of this?

Can anyone give advice on what to do now? Pay a hotel and try and reclaim?

    Thanks
