I picked up a couple of the 6 in 1 Sassy Spice Pots (63g) at 50p each, they only had the Indian selection at the time, but there is also a Mexican option. The Indian selection contains the following seasonings:-

    - Tikka Masala
    - Chilli Powder
    - Biriyani
    - Tandoori
    - Rogan Josh
    - Cinnamon

I'm not sure how much they usually cost, but I think it's a great price as it's a handy little container that you just turn the lid to whichever spice you want, and refill each one when you run out.

Bisto granules for Bechamel sauce. Just add boiling water, makes 5 litres. Price 1.00. Use for lasagne, fish pie and fish sauces, Mornay sauce etc. Add cheese for a cheese sauce. Or use in pasta bakes or creamy soups.

I've only recently started visiting my local Poundstretcher but some of the things I have bought have been what I call a right bargain

they are good for toiletires , loads of branded items for 80p & 90p the same they sell in poundland and home bargains for 1 or 99p

the best deals have been short dated things usually things like sauces and spices

best thing I bought this week was Amoy meal kits usually 3.50 but only 1

dated 31st January 2019 on the box but the contents was dated march - may 2019

    2 x packs of sauce & 3 x packs of noodles for 1

    peanut satay
    chow mein
    sweet & sour

also had Santa Maria sauces in pouches for 29p ( 1.50 in morrisons ) dated may - june 2019

I got some Heinz So Frito chunky tomato sauce there last week for either 59p or 69p (forget which it was!) It's 1.80 a bottle in Sainsbury's! BB Feb 2019. I stocked up as it makes a huge difference to a Bolognese sauce.
