    Not sure I'll ever have to pay it but seeing as I've now got 3 Reward accounts I'm sure as hell going to enjoy my free £15 a month. ;)

    I can't remember the maximum number of accounts you can hold. Is it 3 or 4?

    I use my overdraft very rarely, so paying a few quid for the privilege of an overdraft is fine by me. ;)

    Got asked for my PIN, gave it a go, no dice but he said he could ask me some other questions

    Both switched over now

    Tried to give me some spiel about the Ultimate Reward account but politely declined saying I work for a diff. bank and get their packaged account free.

    'Andrew' didn't tell me anything about the account so I presume my debit cards + cheque books will be remaining the same?

    Yes. I already had a High Interest Joint Account so I just added to it.

    I have to keep £100 in the account for next several days before they send cheque book etc.
