We used to do mystery shopping. This involved going to certain bars, having dinner or a drink and then filling in forms to rate various aspects of service etc. The drinks and food were refunded plus we were paid about £15 per visit. I also did some hotel stop overs - not paid but room, dinner, drinks etc were free, so if you had to go somewhere and it matched where the shopping was required then it saved a lot.0

We worked with a number of companies - I can't find contact numbers but the main one was called Business Blueprints. There is another called TNS who work with the hotels. If I find the numbers I will forward. Enjoy!0

Hi,
I sell ebooks on ebay and am currently making about £200 a month.
I also do mystery shopping, which varies alot from £10-£30 per visit, here are some of the ones that I use:

https://www.xec.gapbuster.com

That super long one is TNS that someone else mentioned, they are good actually. All 3 above are the good ones with regular work and quite good pay.
Another way to earn money, especially if you have a small van and drive for a living, but also applies to everyone, is that companies pay you to drive your car but has their advertising on it, or you get given a car to drive for free, I recently signed up for all of these but no word as yet, but doesn't hurt to put oyur name down and if you drive for a living you have a better chance, by the way they can pay you up to £1000 a month for this here are some of the websites:

https://www.adsoncars.com
https://www.ad-wraps.co.uk/drivers
Hope someone finds these useful

This is interesting, I'm curious to know more. I'm frustrated being employed and want to break out on my own but gradually at first. Can you tell us more about what you do to earn £300 in 9 hours a month?0 -
fantastic thread, so happy this is being discussed! i am particularly interested in the "selling e-books" idea. What exactly do you do and how? thanks so much for ervryone's tips!!0

I do a little web design work on the side but would like to get some more. Anyone doing this have any tips on how to get this kind of work?Official DFW Nerd Club - Member no. 1021 - Proud to be dealing with my debts.0

I do some mystery shops which pay buggar all (about £5 a time) but you also get a free meal so it saves you the cost of buying food so not too bad at all.
Also trying to start doing a bit of web design too (like everyone else and their dog).
Would be interested to have any other ideas so pm me if you got a good business idea!
