I can't get any on prescription as the kids are gf as it helps them manage some of their autistic behaviour, it's amazing how much harder it is for them when they've had even a tiny bit of gluten.

Ah okay, that's a shame. If it helps your children it should still be available on prescription for you.

On the GC front spent £5.25 on a bottle of wine, ys salad leaves (19p), ys fruit salad x2 (11p each), ys houmous (39p) and a bag of tortilla chips.

Big shop today. Hoping to spend no more than £35 to keep me on budget.

20 added to my total - 12 a couple of days ago in the little sainsburys down the road on fruit and lunch bits then we have discovered a tescos express in our town which is a couple of miles from our house so we took a little drive to hunt for it and spent 8 in there - really good for us as we can collect club card points which are more use to us that nectar points!

We managed to get pup at appointment at a new groomers which is going to be 25 which I will pay - can't be bothered asking bf for it as he's just bought us the big new fridge.

Waiting in for the new fridge today and then will go to Iceland to get some freezer bits as all we. Have left is a few chicken breasts, roast tatties, mixed veg and three portions of mince!

Plan is to spend about 20 today on some stock items include a pizza or two for bf as he has one night when he will be exhausted but I won't be back so it'll be an easy Tea for him.that will then leave us with 24 to last 5 days when we get back which should be plenty.

Of that 24 I would estimate/like to see It go:
    1 milk
    2 wraps/pittas/bread
    2/3 sandwich meats
    3 salad items
5 fruit (I snack on fruit all day, bf takes fruit and yogurt to work for breakfast)
    2 eggs
    1 Biscuits
    2 juices

Now...fingers crossed that all works out!
