    "HM" Pizza

Preheat oven to gas mark 4. Chop ham into small pieces and grate about 3oz of cheese. Spread the pizza base with a generous helping of tomato puree and then add the cheese and ham (or anything else you fancy). Bake in oven for about 30 minutes.

Another nice tomato base is tomato puree and worcester sause.

    HM Vanilla ice Cream

Before you open the tins of cream shake them up so that they thicken inside the tin. Add 4 tins (I'm making enough for the whole week) of sterilied cream to an empty ice cream tub. Add about 4 ounces of vanilla sugar or 4 oz granulated sugar mixed with one and a half teaspoons of vanilla essence. Whisk together. Place in the freezer for about 5 hours. Take out of the freezer about 30 minutes before serving.

    Fruit and Jelly Cake

With the large sponge base arrange any type of tinned fruit into a pattern on top. Mix up a jelly but add less water to it so it sets harder. Pour the jelly onto the sponge and fruit. Put in the fridge to set for about 1 hour.
