Sorry that I've not done this sooner - life got in the way of my being organised
DD and I ran Pontefract on 15 July. Despite her doing no training, and being very nervous, she ran it in 30 mins (and could have done it faster were she not keeping me company until her final sprint :T ). I finished in 35 mins which was a personal best for me.
We raised over £200, so thanks to you all :A
Edit - as requested, pic of me and my medal. DD was too shy to have her pic on here!

So we'll likely have seen each other  Yep, lots of wet weather and mud, but it beats running at York in the evening heat :T:rudolf: Sheep, pigs, hens and bees on our Teesdale smallholding :rudolf:0 -
