Simon, have you been appointed by the court to question PT and Watsons? Because it's beginning to sound like criminal court in here, where people have to PROVE things!
Why should anyone have to prove anything to YOU? You are just another forum user like me and a further million members on here.
What's your point? That Watsons don't advertise their losses on their site? Do you know anyone who does? Maybe on your CV you list all the jobs you've been fired from?
Are you just bored and have nothing better do to? Or could there be someone else behind all your posts?0 -

Agreed you have your opinion I have mine. Now I really do have better things to do so I will not be responding further.

I have seen nothing to convince me otherwise
If there was any dispute about what people have written you would have thought that they would have arisen earlier..
Simon
You know fine well what allegations they are
You say that all the "evidence" is on here but when asked to show it you are unable to, many of your more unsuitable posts have been removed .
You are an internet Troll of the worst type, you seek to belittle and show up anyone who tries to argue with you, you did the same on LB to me, when you could have just explained where I had made a mistake. On the many internet sites I have used I have seen many examples of people like you who think they are witty and oh so clever when they try to show people up. they sit and wait and find a persons vulnerability and then pow they go for it.
In this case I think you have met your match , it;s not as if Paul or Niddy needs my help defending themselves, I just like to show that they are not alone.
A few posts ago you gave a quote and then put in a link, my guess is to try and persuade the reader that the "quote" was within the link..well I couldn't find it so there is a bit of unfounded "evidence"0 -

and of course they dont tell you about all the many losses.
These firms are thankfully on there last gasp now, which is why they have to go to such extraordinary lengths to get clients.
There current preferred method is to frequent consumer forums where people are already of the mindset that they can avoid paying their bills. This has the benefit of producing leads and minimizing advertising costs, its win win, but it cannot last.
1) You admit you are not privy to their cases - so how can you say they have "Many losses"? Law works on facts and until you quantify that statement it doesn't hold much weight.
2) "These firms" care to clarify? No one is of any mindset that they can "avoid" paying their bills. But you tell me Simon if the bank was knocking at your door and you didn't have anything to give them but they wanted your house what would you do?
A) hand over the keys
fight for what you have worked hard for.
The banks and the likes have already proved *ahem bailout* that they are careless and their lending practices have been unethical.
What your saying is "so what" if that is the case if the banks are wrong who cares ....
I bet you come from the same school of thought "Its not speeding unless I get caught"
Point being as per PT's post of many "wins" the banks have been caught.
As for not advertising losses I believe I stated earlier you find me one doctor, dentist, law firm, etc that puts this on their public website? Its down to the potential customer of said places to do their own research. I wouldn't use a plastic surgeon without referrals and such ..same holds true for a lawyer.0
