Only a six day week for me as Sunday was part of last year.
64.9 miles for the week is a good start to the year for me :)

I like the idea of banking steps for lazy days.

It's already been up and down for me, today I'm up on the 8000 goal though, so it has averaged out well over the week.

If you work and have a house/family to run it is nearly impossible to do a lot everyday (especially as a woman...:rotfl::rotfl:) banking is wonderful and the only way I think I could achieve 20,000 steps a day.

Today I am currently at 27,212 so 7 thousand are banked.

End of the first week of running for me.

33.3 miles run so far. Which puts me a little behind target, but not massively so. I will hopefully make up for it in the next few weeks when I start training properly.

The end of my first week....
    Total miles 41.8
    Total steps 98,773
So the 10,000 steps a day has been smashed....so I am not going to record that anymore, as long as I go over the 10k each day.
To do the 2018 in the year, I have to average 5.53 miles per day, and this weeks total averages out at 5.61 miles, so only just on target.
I did have 2 bad days....one full of cold and one where I had to travel, so could not go walking, but it is now clear to me, that if I am going to achieve what I said, I will have to up my game somewhat
    Keep Moving 2018 challenge.
    January....
    Week 1-4 total 159.44 miles
    Week 5.... 41.66 miles
Not moving anywhere! House renovations taken over life!!

whoops. Its been far too damp and work far too busy. Chances are I will be the same next week.

Still, plenty of time to catch up :)
