A last minute(ish) holiday

I have just been let down by English country cottages. Booked a cottage months ago but have just received their notice of cancellation (only 4 weeks to go). I have got a full refund. I have a week off from August 7th and a wife and two kids to take. We might as well go somewhere sunny - any ideas?
