Petrol Con

Options
Almost ran out of petrol on the way home yesterday, so stopped at Asda and filled up at £1.20 a litre. Got home and found that Morrisons are selling at £1.30 a litre!

Why is that a con? There is no regulation. Supermarkets can offer fuel at whatever price they choose. You don't have to buy.

Different branches of the same supermarket can and do sell fuel at different prices.
