Long Tray/Troth Cat Deterrent!

in In my home (includes DIY) MoneySaving
Finally found a solution to cats on my windowsill muddy paws problem but it only covers a small length of the shelf, any idea where i can get a similar thing to this to leave on the windowsill with water in 8 cm wide but as long as possible.:T
