Letter from DRP? Scotland. 3rd Dec 19 at 5:11 PM
Hi everyone im sure this has been done to death but i read about some new legislation that has maybe been passed in scotland so im wondering if they have any grounds for me to pay this now.

I received a letter from parking eye around Aug, informing i had basically stayed too long at a supermarket car park, i cannot even remeber this tbh so i ignored it, until today when i have now receieved a letter from DRP askingn me to pay the fine but this time it has gone up to 170!

What should i do? ignore? appeal?

Help please, i know the laws can be different up here in scotland so i really wasnt sure.

Did the store manager cancel it when you complained?
    If so, which store?

If not, how was it resolved?

It's always good to know how these things are resolved, it helps us understand how best to tackle them.

    My apologies,

I explained to them that i wont shop there anymore if it was not cancelled, i then received a reply informing me that the ticket will be cancelled and because of people abusing the car parks they have to use these measures but are happy to cancel when appropriate.
