Payday Loans Reclaim Companies

Hi,

Is anyone aware of a company that will help me reclaim any unfair / irresonsible lending loans.

I've used the Resolver tool and believe I had a good case due to my circumstances, being offered multiple loans with different companies when struggling to pay of the current loan I had.

The companies have come back and basically flat out declined my loan.

I lied on the income & expenditure form for some of the loans (don't flame me because I was desperate for the money)

They said proper credit checks were carried out however but they would've seen multiple creditors on my 'credit check'?

Anyone have any advice in relation to this?

Any hate or unhelpful posts will be reported as this has made my mental health deteriorate.

Thanks

You don't technically *need* any help to do it - it's possible to do yourself if you're able (and I would recommend it).

I'd suggest heading over to https://debtcamel.co.uk/payday-loan-refunds/ for some advice on template letters and next steps.

Basically the next stage is to escalate the complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

Even if they have declined it?

Next stage is the FOS, you don`t need any "companies" to help you.

You said "The companies have come back and basically flat out declined my loan" so I take that to mean you complained to the individual lenders, who told you they did nothing wrong.

It's at that point at which you make your complaints to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

Check out Debt Camel, it's really helpful and using their advice and templates I had a LOT of success - I'm not exaggerating when I say it turned my life around for the better.

    Okay,

I just don't know if i'm being too brief in my complaint, I didn't say how it effected my mental health etc was just a complaint about irresponsible lending.

When you escalate your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service, my suggestion would be to include as much detail as possible, prepare to include things like bank statements from the time you took the loans too.

Check out that link I posted up, there's a lot of information there.

Did you mention that you lied on the I&E forms too?

I'd be inclined to drop the complaints if it were me, I wouldn't want a visit from the plod if the companies find out about the fraud.

You do realize that by lying on the forms and not expecting to claim compensation that its all of us paying for your deceit.
As boo_star said, drop the complaint and let this be a lesson for your future going forward.
