Will I be charged interest this month? 18th Oct 19 at 7:37 PM
    Hi guys

Has my statement through for this months Barclaycard bill. Direct debt set up to take the full statement balance.

I have made a small purchase since the statement was generated though and have not yet paid my bill, does this mean I will be charged interest this month because although Im paying of the full statement balance, I have not technically paid of the whole card balance.

Sorry if this is a stupid question

You only have to pay the full statemented balance, to avoid paying interest.

Any new transactions made after the current statement was issued, will be carried on to next month's statement.

And it is not a 'stupid question'.
