A few more small things :

    - more bread and naan in the BM
    - lovely birthday meal paid for DD2 in Bristol Pounds :)
    - more hotel samples than you could shake a stick at......no need to buy shampoo, gel or conditioner for months. :)
    - decluttered loads.... Can't wait to see the difference :)

Thanks PLMBL for policing my diary..hadn't been on to spot that!

All good and car is lush. Feeling positive again as more irons in the fire....may need to subcontract :rotfl: No, definitely not...but do need to think hard about taking the right work.

Busy day today with DD2 and meal out this eve :D but tomorrow will be much quieter which I am looking forward to just as much. Just want time to breathe. Life has been so hectic.

Taken delivery of another AF order. It's working well for us in our house and I think I'd recommend it. We got ordinary stuff this time like fruit juice, tins toms, tinned fish...huge haul for £33 odd. Much more than if we'd have gone to a sm. Think combined with occasional sm shops and the veg box/farm deliveries it's working well. Definitely saving money too on the grocery bill.

Van out on hire in Glasto..given the weather bet they are glad they have it...and the carpets never go on hire so hopefully (for their sakes as they have a large excess to pay before the insurance kicks in) all will be in order mud wise when it comes back..

Plants hanging on in there, the deluge yesterday should have helped water the allotment.

Will pop back later and also try and get around all the diaries this week..

Have a great weekend folks x

  • Hi Brizzle, good news re the car and yep, agree AF is good for tins etc and rice/pasta. GG and I have shared an order before now and that works well too.

Hi Tilly..hmm..sharing is an idea. I may mention it to the neighbours.

I wouldn't go for their fresh stuff but for staples and dry/tinned foods think it's got real merit.

Loving the sun being out again..and yes having a fab weekend thanks...
