    Hello,
    I have been with Thames water for nearly 10 years and set up my direct debit once.
    Yesterday I was overhauling my expenses and I have noticed that for 5 months they have not charged me.
    The direct debit is still standing I have checked it.
    What could have gone wrong? and what can I do?

    Check your accounts a bit more often so you'd be in control and do as suggested, contact Thames Water
