All Boxed Up 5th Feb 19 at 1:04 PM
I ordered a box from this company in October 2018 which didn't arrive. After much chasing, I finally received a response from them, promising that the box would be delivered in the second week of January 2019. It has still not arrived & I am once again failing to receive replies to emails or messages sent through Messenger. I've tweeted them & posted on their FB page with no response. There is no phone number to call them & I don't what to do next. They are only based in East Sussex, not overseas.

Has anyone had this experience with them? I've ordered from them several times before, & they have always been slow but this is extreme!

    All boxed up
Hi I have had the same treatment by all boxed up and Iím very frustrated. Iíve always bought from them but theyíve become increasingly unreliable and Iíve been a good customer over the years but I wonít shop there again. I canít understand why they are still advertising goods for sale when they wonít refund us or at least send us something else. Itís very frustrating when they wonít reply to email and there is no number to call them 😡

Ordered 2 Superfacialist products in October, not received, and after been promised refund after 22nd March, nothing, no feedback after many emails. I have contacted Trading Standards and Rip off Britain, but they may only do something if they get enough complaints. Considering this company are still advertising we should all take action, suggestions please.

I too have ordered from this company in the past and whilst being very slow the goods eventually arrived. This time however, I ordered in September 2018 and waited until November for delivery, I emailed for an update and they offered me a refund which I haven't received. After numerous emails with no response, I heard from Claire in January who informed me that the director had been ill and was in hospital and no one else had the authority to issue a refund. Since then no response to emails. I too am still receiving emails advertising their latest boxes!

Neither a refund nor my order here, but still getting emails about new boxes.
They must have lost so many previously loyal customers.

Can Karen Louise Davis get away with this rip off, I for sure won't let go, hope you will join me in seeing some justice to decent people being badly treated. I have contacted Trading Standards and Rip off Britain and pleaded with her company to be fair , to no results, what's the next stage, police ??

Hi I'm in same situation they owe me £32 and I received an email from karen davis advising me she had been seriously ill and had left the company in capable hands!! She was apologetic and said she would raise refund which she did for £10!! Which still left £32 outstanding in refunds. I emailed her several times after this and no reply. I spoke to citizens advice who advised me the company are in breach of contract so I am pursuing further. They have fobbed off loads of customers and I had no idea how huge this problem was

I have found a phone number from a site 0333 009 3219 for company called Beauty Hall. I rang it today and spoke to a receptionist (supposedly, could have been Karen) who confirmed they had Karen Davis there and sold these boxes but no website under that name!! She said she would get Karen to return my call, which as we all know she didn't as hasn't got the guts to speak to anyone. Not sure where Beauty Hall comes into it. Very dodgy. Anyway will get in touch with trading standards & my bank to see about charge back.

I had the same email about her illness, promising despatch on 22nd March.
Since then no response to emails.

All Trading Standards could suggest in the case of a company ignoring all attempts to contact them was to contact them asking for their complaints procedure.

I was just outside the timescale for a charge back, as I guess were many others.

    Multiple companies
There appears to be another company Time of your Life at the same address with the same person running it. If you google Time of your life beauty box you should find it. I have just joined the forum and so cannot put links.

I found the information by googling Karen Davis and Beauty Hall and found the Linkedin page

It looks like they run several companies doing the same sort of thing.

    All boxed up con
Very sadly I think weíll all been taken by the same scam. I too ordered Super Facialist products months ago and have had various messages with excuses ranging from delays, goods sent to the wrong warehouse, product replacement etc. Iíve also had the email saying Karen Davis is ill, however Iíve emailed this company many, many times both within their website and external emails, plus I have used Messenger ( and I know those messages have been read) but Iíve had zero replies. I donít think any of us will get the products weíve paid for, refunds or answers to our emails.
Alarm bells are going off about companies with different names being at the same address, having been a victim of something silmilar in the past, whereby company number 1 went bust leaving a trail of unpaid bills, but re-opened at the same address in a different name thereby not being liable for company number 1. At that time I contacted Trading Standards, who were aware, but said legally they could do nothing. I fear the same is happening here - I hope these people can sleep nights when theyíve cheated so many people!

This company has lost the trust of their customers many of whom are long standing and made repeated purchases. I was lucky. I recently got a refund for this superfacialist collection ordered in October 2018 but it was a nightmare. I was emailing and ringing 3 x weekly as well as posting letters for 3 months !! I felt like giving in and writing off my loss but I couldn't. There will be many who couldn't keep up the sustained complaints I made. It wasn't worth the stress and anger I went through but I wanted them to know I wasn't going away until the situation was resolved. It was a horrible experience

The most peculiar/infuriating aspect is that this was not a new company with no credentials. I had dealt with them many times, and although delivery was often slow, I never felt I was dealing with con artists. Itís a miserable mystery.

I have the same story - ordered 2 of the Super Facialist boxes at £27.50 each, one in September and one in October last year. Have had the same emails and story that she had been seriously ill. I have rung them in the past but no longer have the number. Searched for their address today and found it for rent on Rightmove so I assume they have done the proverbial 'bunk'. I have reported to Trading Standards but I am not sure there is much they can do - particularly if they have moved or changed their name. I have had a couple of emails from them since advertising new boxes but have not been tempted - I like to get something for my money. Shame as I have had many boxes from them with no problems but something has gone wrong now.

I have outstanding orders from 5th January and 17th January. I have sent 14 emails and also contacted them on their website and on social media but have not had anything back!. I have been in touch with my bank who want me to contact their fraud department. I thought I would give All Boxed Up one more chance to do the right thing and tried the phone number 03330093219 without much hope. I spoke to a very pleasant and helpful Scottish lady who promised to pass my concerns on to Karen when she came back into the office.and would get her to call me back. I will see what happens!

I am in the same boat as most of you. Ordered on November told delivery late. Told will get refund. Then items are available then absolutely nothing. Tried emailing writing. No response. What can I do now. Past charge back date. They are still sending details of new offers. Help
