Just moved in to a house which has a credit meter on it. The landlord indicated I'm welcome to use the credit. Looks like a smart meter pipit 500 was the model.
There's 60 electric and 8 gas. What happends to this credit when the account is changed to my name?

    Thanks

    Dan

one would hope that it gets returned to the previous tenant/owner who paid for it.

would you be happy giving 68 to the next person who takes over your place
