Hi All

Welcome to the Old Style Weight Loss thread for quarter one 2020 :)

Please feel free to start posting your weight loss goals for the next challenge which will run from the 1st of January until the 31st of March (14 weeks).

You do not have to submit a loss or gain for the first week as it's our starting week, you can post your first loss or gain the week after on a day of your choice.

As usual everyone is welcome - we support and encourage, we don't judge and importantly that includes being kind to ourselves :). All hints and tips welcomed.

There are some useful links to help your weight loss journey found on the previous challenge

Brambling - thank yo so much for starting this thread again. Please put me down for 14 bs also.

The last quarter has been a write off but I've well and truly harnessed my mojo and am looking forward to some much healthier eating, being more active and hopefully reporting some losses.

I'll be hopping on the scales tomorrow morning to see what the damage is and will report in on a Wednesday.

    Hi Brambling and all,

Thank you for running this challenge again. Can you put me down for 14lb please. My weigh in day will be a Monday but I am thinking of just weighing myself fortnightly to take some of the self imposed pressure off. I have had a lovely Christmas and really enjoyed the food but I am very much looking forward to fresh healthy home cooked meals now.

Good morning everyone and a very Happy New Year!

I'm starting as I mean to go on and following my meal plan. Today I shall be eating:

b - Weetabix, milk and sweetener with a banana
l - corned beef and chutney sandwich
d - spaghetti Bolognese with wholemeal spaghetti and a ton of veg in the sauce. there will be complaints but I am not going to listen :D.
s - apple, packet of crisps.

I have shopping coming tomorrow with a load of healthy ingredients to make some new recipes from my PON book. We don't have much leftover from the festive period apart from a bit of cheese which will be used up quite easily.

Hope you all have a lovely day today, take care xx
