That is a good book. Definitely worth reading again. It helped my sister get through her divorce.

Thank you. I will have to look out for it at the library.

Susan Jeffers has written another book I really liked called 'Embracing Uncertainty' which is about how to cope with big changes in your life.

Hello everyone, I had a bad week again last week. Feeling a bit better now.

We had a hectic weekend, yesterday went to Ikea to do some furniture/mattress research and have a nose. Just sitting on some softer mattresses reinforced the thought that we want a different one, so we will look into that in the new year.

We took the kids to see the Coca Cola lorry as well while we were out. They enjoyed that.

It was a bit of a spendy weekend, as I had to replace my watch (only bought a cheapie) I can't get on with using my phone as a watch, so I did want a new one. Replaced my rucksack as the one I had kept opening and I was paranoid about losing my purse, and have bought a few bits for Xmas and little miss's birthday at the end of the month.

I've been managing to keep up with surveys and am close to redeeming on a couple.

We've had a few sales this weekend, most of which has funded the spends.

I did a load of listing for DH so hoping that will clear some stuff this week.

I've got a crazy week at work ahead, so better get on!

It's annoying when you have to replace broken things but necessary sometimes. I'm glad you're feeling a bit better today :).

I'm struggling a bit at the moment, had a terrible night's sleep last night which didn't help. I was awake all night pretty much. I came down at 2am, and then spent from 3am-5am packing ebay parcels as I couldn't get to sleep.

At least they were all done! They were mostly DH's.

I switched a few of my bits to buy it now yesterday and have sold a couple already. That's good.

Cashed in a £5 amazon voucher from a survey site as well.

I can't get warm today, I assume it's partly tiredness and I probably got a bit chilled sitting downstairs last night as I didn't want to put the heating on. It doesn't help that the heating in work isn't working AGAIN!

We've got electric heaters on constantly, even overnight and the weekend, and it's still freezing in here, not to mention incredibly uneconomical! We are moving buildings soon so hopefully it will end!

Our energy supplier have changed the date of the bills, so we've had one now instead of in January  It's really annoying just before Christmas.

I think I'm going to try and remember to bring some soup to work with me tomorrow! I don't like hot drinks :coffee:

No matter how bad it gets you still eBay. Jwil you are a marvel.

I've been wanting to get some skechers boots to warm up my feet. Can't seem to shake off the cold either. There's a fair few black Friday deals on mattresses. Even on Amazon.

    Sorry jwil. Keep going xxx
