Righto, so as Ed says later (ooh I can time travel!) One can't rebrand oneself on MSE. However...
I do feel - and partly because of the experiences of another MFW who was getting somewhat robust criticism for not being hard core enough - that, well, I'm not nearly hardcore enough.
So here I am. 43. Mortgage due to expire when I'm 55.
I am going to try for getting rid of it by 50. Including a move to a smallholding as that's what I am aiming for (no s h i t!).
I am planning a LOT of storecupboard challenges and a LOT of fiscal fasts.
    Here goes!

Put my trainers on to get out for couch to 5k having downloaded the podcast because the app didn't work. The s o d d I n g podcast stopped every time I moved my phone.

I came in after 7 attempts. Back to the drawing board.

A bit. I am getting mixed feedback from the kids (lovely) (horribly strict). I get visits at lunchtime for no particular reason though so it can't be too bad.

    Just did another couchto5k.

Running partner 1 discovered she is not scared of hounds when one is stuck in the orchard.

Running partner 2 chased the hound and running partner 1.

Morning. Umming and aahing about going to see a horse this afternoon. It's a thoroughbred.
We Don't want a thoroughbred. I Don't want to offend the PC person whose idea it was. But she has cried off...

You could have a domestic/Car emergency to avoid going without offending?

I feel your pain, I loathe horse shopping.

I think I might. See what DD says. It was when the owner said we'll take her for a hack first as that's what she's done most of. It is already not what we're looking for.

LOL. Hound jumped the big fence and toddled off home. Hunt Kennels couldn't care less.

Cancelled horse viewing. Too many negatives before we started.

I've sold another thing on eBay.

Feeling so guilty. My smallest and sweetest guinea pig leapt out of my hands and fell about 10 inches and bashed her foot. She seems ok now, but the guilt!!

hope gp is ok. I hate horse shopping too... no one seems able to tell the truth. Shame I am too far away ... know a very nice skewbald irish sport horse type 16.1 for sale. Only 7 but done a bit of everything and a very competent jumper. been hunting. Trust the person selling. Is in H&H and on their website this week.
