Be careful you are not overpaying in gas and electric as those payments look a lot, if you are overpaying then you are basically putting money in your ex-husbands pocket!0

How would I be putting money in his pocket?
They're prepayment metres so I just top up when I am running low which is generally on a Friday and I put £10 on each.0 -

A childminder may be more flexible than nursery, so do consider that option. We find it works well for us.
You could look at reducing your grocery spend. Ours is £180 a month for a family of 4, so you can probably get yours down a little.0 -
Also I've just noticed your contents insurance is £30 per month. Is that right? That seems very high. Ours is less than £10 for buildings and contents combined. Try and shop around at renewal and look at cashback sites to see if you can get any cashback from it.0

if you have any spare time then i'd suggest 2 survey sites. Qmee and prolific.ac. They pay for youto do surveys and you can cash out through paypal. I work full time and have a toddler so I have very little spare time but I've managed to earn almost £70 so far this month just from these 2 sites. I started doing them because I'm in a huge amount of debt and already reduced our spending as much as I can.
I'm sure you could save a bit on your groceries, I spend about £170 a month for 2 adults and a toddler.
Agree with looking at your contents insurance because that's a pretty large bill
Best of luck0
