Bubbs, I got blood test results yesterday and am pre-diabetic again. A pharmacist suggested vitamin D. I had a google and have bought D3. (I can pm a good site with a referral but the min spend is a bit eye-watering. I only reached it because I needed lactose tablets too.) You may want to have a Google.0
