3/16 didn't make a proper lunch for today, just random bits from the cupboard/fridge. Luckily it was such a hectic day I didn't have time to sit and eat properly so was pleased with my odds and ends lunch bag! Made use of my coffee and milk sachets, very tasty!Taking on the world one debt at a time!!!

Today I managed another take my lunch to work day! I had bbq pulled chicken with boiled rice. So now on #5. Tomorrow's lunch prepped and in the fridge - garlic chicken breast with savoury rice and fruit for afterwards. Might struggle Thursday/Friday as I'm trying to refrain from food shopping until the weekend. Any suggestions please?0

Day 6, today is a quick and easy lunch.
Corned beef and ketchup sandwiches. (was out for tea last night, so no leftovers to use up unfortunately)
It's amazing to look at how much we must all be saving in only a short few days.0 -
