Benefit wise, it will totally depend on your circumstances and what other benefits, if any you receive. With no information it's impossible to give any further advice.

Your mobility award will allow you 50% reduction in your road tax but the car will only be able to be used for your purpose.

Blue badge, but it depends where you scored the points for mobility. Check here https://www.gov.uk/blue-badge-scheme-information-council

CEA card for the cinema, which will allow a free carer entry, cost is £6 a year.

Free entry into alot of UK attractions for a carer, some may give a reduced entry.

    Free Car Tax
Standard mobility allows 50% reduction and not free road tax. Enhanced mobility is needed for free road tax.

Another thread of yours you state that you're working, this means that your PIP award doesn't automatically entitle you to claim any other benefits.

    See thread here https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=6095150

Council tax reduction maybe the only benefit but as all local councils have their own criteria, you will need to contact them.
