After a month long drought I got 4 £2 coins in 2 days.making £144 in all!:T
The purse though is looking very sparse,Sunday's fortnightly emptying is going to be pitiful indeed, about 70p! I will have to use the debit card for a top-up shop at Asd@ today as Mr Dusty took the final tenner out of the cash HBB (home budget box) to buy salmon in town. That costs £8 (if it hasnt gone up again, which it has several times in the last year:() so we might reach the £2 level on Sunday :)It was a pretty tough fortnight though, gas and electric £91,broadband £32, water rates £36,all came together.Ouch.
Oh well, fingers crossed next fortnight will be easier!:)0 -
Potted a total of £9.50 in this week's purse clear-out, including 3 x £2s I didn't realise I had in there. Also chucked a handful of shrapnel in the bottle.
Also my Quidco total for this year is up to £173.59, with £86.09 still to track.SPCNo.17 #20 (16 £678; 15 £1120.92; 14 £416.53; 13 £191.52; 12 £260.48; 11 £480.95; 10 £682.31; 9 £442.64)0 -
Afternoon potters! It's been nearly 3 weeks since I last popped my head round the door  been very busy helping a friend with her Etsy shop, playing with the embroidery machine and dealing with the bratlings being off school . . 2 weeks to go :rotfl:
DH has been changing up with me regularly so the pots are getting fed, just don't think they are going to be as healthy as previous years with all the problems with my PIP BUT anything is better than nowt.
Think everyones gone on their hols or something  ever so quiet in here! Maybe this will bring people back . . . .
10 1/2 weeks till opening day!!!!!

Ouch,I had a mere 10p left in my purse on Sunday, good job Mr Dusty had some coins on the windowsill, which made a grand total of £2.15 to be potted. But £30 went off to the credit union on Wednesday, and I have several £2 coins,so the savings still goes on.0

I haven't been potting much as I had to get my shopping delivered, but now I may go to I**eland and get it delivered from there. If I do this I will pay with cash and pot any leftover so I should be better off that way, I know I'm sad but am really looking forward to doing my own food shopping again!! £2.51 found in my winter coat. xQuot Libros, Quam Breve Tempus
