Awww sefilby, *hugs* - I know the feeling.
No spends yesterday and won't be any today, then I'm away to visit grandparents for the weekend so will be some spends, but from a different budget (plus they will take us out to dinner etc as well, bless them).

Hi
Well I have done a full audit of freezer fridge and store cupboard, 15 tins of Toms!!!!!! (how did that happen?)
Anyway, I haven't gone shopping yet because I have stuff I can use up, Its been really hard to have the pennies sitting there and not go and spend them, but if I do there is stuff in the fridge that will go to waste, and that's what I'm trying to avoid, so I did a menu from my lists, to see how long we could go with out having to go to the SM, 5 days!!!, just a bit of time and some thought, have so got out of the habit of doing this,
Love the look of the herby cheese bread, all the picky s look delicious

reporting a spend of £8.78 on junk effectively ... no meal, no nutrients, just rubbish! Never letting DH out for milk ever EVER again! not a happy bunny! It may not seem like alot but when you've not got it to spare, well, I just wish he would see that!Decluttering Achieved - 2023 - 10,364 Decluttering Target - 2024 - 2,874 April - 252/253

First supermarket stop of the month and I've spent £8.06 and that includes 4 toffee crisps (99p) for bf as a treat for his return two packs of savers sweets for me (2@39p) as a treat which I now don't fancy... bleurgh!
And 4 sachets of Angel Delight ice cream mix - just discovered this stuff a fortnight ago, tried the strawberry last week and it's amazing so today I've bought 2 strawberry and 2 chocolate (4@90p) we've been spending more on ice cream that doesn't hang around our freezer for anywhere near as long so happy to have found this. Whip it up with 150ml milk and freeze for 4 hours - bish bash bosh
Other bits were 1lt cravendale (£1 - need longer living milk in our house at times) 6 savers cereal bars (79p) and some savers spaghetti because I've decided I fancy spaghetti (not pasta tubes) and cheese for my tea tonight (our cheese needs using up!) (19p - !! was surprised it was THAT cheap! definitely having I t more when bf is away now!) and some lady items (79p).
Very happy with that.
Estimating my ASDA shop in a few days will be about £25 which is dandy and it will include a couple more bf treats (like a pair of pizzas from the deli counter *drools*) and then we should actually be set for 2/3 weeks.
Some people find shopping daily better but I have to say if I could shop once a month our budget would probably be less. But I won't pay for delivery, I don't drive and bf hates supermarkets (they are hell for him as a wheelchair user though so that's fair) so I end up picking up bits on my dinner...and extra bits find their way in to my basket too
enough waffle, off to update my sig************************************

I didnt plan on buying anything today but saw on TV there was a 2.00 off 12.00 voucher for poundland in a 20p TV mag. I am planning a craft hamper for my nieces 3 kids, I thought it would help her out in the summer holidays.
So I thought saving 2.00 for 20p was good, however when I got there
I saw chicken thighs were on half price at 1.00 for 450grms so bought 2 packs and then spotted a net of 4 garlic were reduced to 25p so got 2 of those as well. So 2.75 spent.Slimming World at target0 -
