a live in hamilton and u should defiantly never live here its !!!! maybe coz the bit a live in is a dump.
ex is from alloa/stirling they hate it but a love it its one of the nicest places iv ever been and easy to get to from glasgow0 -
I live in Beith but Public Transport weekends and evenings is rubbish.
But nice quiet town, We moved here almost a year ago from Paisley and it was the best move for us.
Largs is 20mins from us as is Glasgow.
Train links you would need to drive to Lochwinnoch or Glengarnock.
The prices are much more reasonable than some of the other towns.
I would also look at some of the other villages out here barrmill/dunlop and things if you have the car the local train service direct to Glasgow is 10mins drive.
Dalry is also a nice town with good transport links and schools.
After living int he busy town of Paisley, Beith is like a highland retreat :rotfl:
Paisley is only 15-20mins over the glennifer braes
I would look around the surrounding area.
There is also a few smaller villages nearby, Howwood is one I would recommend and Gateside but I don't know the house value there but I would imagine they will be higher due to the locationLife is what you make it;)0
