    At the top of the Forum main page there is a green header and at the far left is 'FORUM HELP'. Click there and view the 'HOW DO I POST?' video.

    if you go to the section that you wish to post on, you can either click 'new thread' of if you wish to reply to a post you will see 'post reply'

    The above YouTube is helpful although it is the old green forum which is what I use. Not sure if there is a video on the new forum skin.
