    I am tempted everyday in work I work in a primary school kitchen so you can imagine all temptation.

    Do they still sell those little shortbread triangles? Chocolate and plain when I went school..... They were amazing :D probably my favourite school food!!

    I am being terrible ATM. The scales weighed +3.8 on Monday after a very over indulging weekend away.... sadly it included the purchase of a lot of cheese!

    I need to find my motivation again.
