    :hello: Good morning everyone


    It sounds as if you had a wonderful time yesterday
    sheils. Know what you mean about gazebos - always
    very handy in the garden for family/friends get-togethers
    (at this time of year), especially when the weather's
    unpredictable!


    Talking about the weather (just for a change :whistle: :p ) it's
    going to be another sunny/hot day here (31+) plus a
    muggy night to look forward to! soleil.gif

    Morning,hope you all had a good weekend. I had a busy one at work. On saturday we had a few farm animals come visit so i took the lady i was looking after down to see them.Her face lit up when she held a chick.There was a couple of micro pigs that were asleep and wouldn't move for anything or anyone.
    I am off till next saturday now,so plenty of time to keep up with the
    comps.We had a very warm night here and i think it's going to be another hot day.I am going to see Mama Mia 2 later this afternoon so looking forward to that.I hope you all have a lucky day.

    No sunshine for here today I dont think. Just low 60s but at least we can sleep fine! Think DH meaning to cut our grass which is all green again and growing.
    No rain though, so can't send any Alfie.



    Enjoy your week indie.Enjoyed Mama Mia so hope to see the second one when it appears on one of the sites to rent. Don't go to cinema unless we have freebies as there isn't one handy at home and usually plenty of other things to do when we are away.

    Morning folks. Dull and damp here. Had some light rain about an hour ago. On the plus side saves watering plants which are thriving now it is not so hot. Supposed to have some sunshine later. Hope you are all well ((((((hugs))))))) for those that are not. Take care everyone.

    Morning. Just been catching up on this page. Well done to any winners. I have had a break from comping. We went on holiday to Madeira and had a wonderful time no flight delays due to wind this time. It was cooler than here when we went but did warm up.
    We came back to a book win and two copies had came separately. Also won some bruit. I also had a WEM for a football shirt but they sent an email to say I had not replied, which I had so will see if it turns up. Need to thank the posters.
    I have read a pile of books some not so good but one good one. Had to have the tooth out that had been causing problems weeks ago Involved stitches and light food for days but all healed now.

    Great to see you are all well, Alfie, Sheils, Indie and Rose. It is really hot here again today.

    It has been strange having such a long break from comping. It will be starting from scratch again.

    Good luck everyone for August. Take care and big hugs for those needing one.

    Thanks Sheils and Indie. Back to unbearable heat and no air con. It!!!8217;s 27 in the coolest part of the house here.

    Some people like the heat but it!!!8217;s a bit much.

    I agree re. the heat - think today's the worst day ever.
    I'm slowly melting here. From London down to the Southern
    parts, the weather has been/is still unbearable hot, stifling &
    muggy. soleil.gif


    Sadly it's not just our country - seems to be global! _pale_
    Many parts of Europe have/are experiencing extreme
    temperatures (high 40's). Far hotter than the usual temps
    at this time of year! :eek:


    My garden is just about surviving with a little help from
    me. :p


    Meanwhile, I'm still praying for rain! pluie07.gif
